- The Volvo Car Service Performance Manager (Western Region) is a multi-focused role that provides in retailer support to help ensure that Corporate programs and processes are in place and operating to the highest desired level. This support includes (but is not limited to) service lane, workshop process and digital in retailer one on one support. In addition, the VCSPM will provide operating support for Retailer Management that focuses on daily, weekly and monthly KPI setting, implementation and reviewing. All of these efforts of support will promote profitable aftersales operation while enhancing the customer service experience. This position is remote based but ideally the candidate should ultimately be in close proximity to our regional office in southern California.
- Ensure that Corporate programs and processes are in place, setup properly and that retailer staff understands how to utilize.
- Review current aftersales operations and formulate a specific Retailer plan that encompasses the implementation and utilization of Corporate programs/processes.
- Provide Retailer Management operational support that is focused on overall profitability and efficiency of the service department.
- Creating transitional bridge to Region for long term sustainment
- Ability to travel >75%
- Strong aftersales operational background. Prior service lane, and operational management is preferred, use of digital tools is a MUST
- Ability to drive change and overcome objections
- Ability to run reports, perform analysis and formulate a retailer plan that encompasses Corporate programs/processes and earns the desired result
- 3-5 years automotive background with solid track record of success
