Service Partner Coordinator – US & Canada

About the Role
The Service Partner Coordinator role reports to the Head of Field Support and will monitor and manage Service Partner performance to ensure that Tritium performs against SLA commitments agreed to with our customers. This role will manage relationships with third party service agents across the United States and Canada, performing cyclical financial and operational reviews to ensure that our partners are performing in-line with contractual commitments.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and onboarding new Service Partners in the United States and Canada
- Managing Service Partner Relationships monthly and quarterly performance reviews with Service Partners
- Ensuring that Tritium have sufficient coverage and capacity for all new charger installations across the United States and Canada
- Modelling demand requirements
- Support the customer experience team in timely resolution of cases and escalating issues where necessary
- Supplier performance reporting and analysis
- Support new bids and tenders with SLA and warranty pricing
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve the quality of reporting
- EV charger asset and fleet performance reporting
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for the global services business
- Ongoing customer performance reporting
- Business case preparation and review
- Support team performance goal setting and reporting
- Support the sales team for new and existing customer queries
- Support the finance team with month end financial calculations and reporting
- Ensure asset, supplier and customer data is maintained
- Adhoc reporting and analysis where required
Accountability & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics or a related discipline
- 2-5 years experience managing supplier and customer relationships
- Strong MS suite experience (particularly MS Excel)
- Familiarity with ERP systems – Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Experience in reviewing, interpreting and negotiating contracts
- Experience reviewing and analyzing incomplete datasets
- Tender experience
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Experience with warranties and service level agreements (desirable)

- Internal Stakeholders: Customer Experience Teams, Sales Teams, Legal Teams, Salesforce Administrators, Pricing Teams, Spare Parts Team, Finance Team.
- External Stakeholders: Tritium Suppliers and Customers

Pay Scale Information
$70,000 - $90,000
*Exact pay will be based on experience level and education*
