Service Manager -Low Voltage

VSC Fire & Security in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking candidates for the position of Low VoltageService Manager.

What you need:

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in inspections of Low Voltage systems.
• Exhibit leadership skills with hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• Coordinate work of various departments and multiple projects to meet deadlines, customer service, and employee needs while complying with state and local building and safety codes.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals regarding work procedures, schedules, complaints, and construction problems.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Eagerness for professional development and growth.
• Ability to pass various background checks.
• Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.
• Desirable (but not required!):
  • NICET Level I certification.

What you will do:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the service of Low Voltage systems.
• Participate in the conceptual development of service plan and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and completion.
• Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies.
