Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations.
- Develop and lead team to provide great guest services and a spirit of fun.
- Ensure health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met.
- Control profit & loss.
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members.
- Conducts performance appraisals, motivate and trains.
- Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.
- Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
- Knowledge of food cost / labor control
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- Staffing and recruiting hourly employees / retention of top employees
- Ability to follow policy and procedures (corporate restaurant policy)
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Corporate Experience
- Background checks are conducted
- Recent restaurant experience in $3Million+ restaurants

- Salary Range: $67000-$70000
- Bonus: $1750k per quarter potential
