Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers
- Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance and support to technicians, including training and development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive service technology
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive service or related field
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair, automotive diagnostics, and automotive service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, record keeping, and communication purposes
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products to customers
- Familiarity with oil change procedures, air brake systems, transmission repair, and wheel alignment is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
