Work Hour: 37.5hr/wk
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive customer equipment for repair; unpack, inspect, record and check-in.
• Place equipment in designated areas for technicians.
• Prepare shipment receipt notifications for the day and scan all paperwork for electronic filing.
• Setup new contact information in CRM; create service tickets and issue return authorizations.
• Process service orders in Infor CRM.
• Answer customer phone calls for routing to the correct customer service administrator or technician.
• Assist with Service Loaner agreements and inventory if needed.
• Assist and backup the sales department shipping if needed.
• Assist Service Technicians with calibrations if needed.
• Prepare export documents when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduation from accredited high school
• Excellent communications skills, both in oral and written medium
• Strong organizational and communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Power Point & Excel
• Knowledge of Infor CRM a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
