- Manage BPO relationship of the top key accounts assigned within the Travel & Hospitality, and Consumer Goods.
- Manage the account plan in consultation with the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and new strategic clients.
- Build a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts four - six quarters in the future.
- Responsible for sales, business development, and customer relationship building.
- Achieve annual revenue and total contract value (booking) targets.
- Lead proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy.
- Partner with internal leaders for solution creation and execution
- Work in a matrixed organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed.
- Collaborate with industry vertical teams, developing strong, long-term relationships with executives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process.
Qualifications
- Business degree.
• Ten+ years' experience with BPO/Operations solutions
• Good Understanding of the industry domain
• Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite- Combination sales and customer facing experience.
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required.
- Knowledge of the industry trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities in various BPO areas are highly desirable.
