Our next Service Leader will lead by example in a hands-on environment to strengthen a motivated and competent workforce, ensure customer satisfaction and retention and assist in achieving company goals. The leader in this role supports dealership operations employees for meeting and exceeding company revenue, growth goals and establishing management leadership practices.
This is a hands-on management position. The Service Leader will provide leadership through effective communication, process improvement, coaching/training, and mentoring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The leader in this role supports dealership operations employees for meeting and exceeding company revenue, growth goals and establishing management leadership practices.
This is a hands-on management position. The Service Leader will provide leadership through effective communication, process improvement, coaching/training, and mentoring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What is the Service Leader responsible for?
- Supports employees company-wide on troubleshooting, installation and repair process for Bottleless Cooler (BLC) units to ensure proper management of inventory levels.
- Provides training (virtually and in-person), training guides and tools, documented processes and procedures.
- Provides "real-time" support to all dealerships via phone or video call.
- Accountable for creating training plans for any new equipment in the BLC vertical.
- Manage BLC equipment float.
- Maintain guidelines for sales application of BLC units.
- Develop application guidelines to support Commercial Drinking Water (CDW) Sales Representatives.
- Communicate regularly and openly, encourage an open exchange of information, support a team environment committed to satisfying our customers.
- Ensure that dealerships maintain a safe fleet for our employees to operate.
- Ensure that dealerships maintain a safe, clean work environment that is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and company regulations and procedures.
- Actively promote and communicate our commitment to exceed customers' expectations.
- Regularly review actual performance to established goals, recognize positive performance, assist in prioritizing corrective action, where required.
- Emphasize execution on the most substantial initiatives to the business. Play an active role in the direction of the operational decisions, action plans and strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- 3 years' experience in water conditioning service and installation or similar field.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electronics.
- 5+ years' supervisory experience, including training, goal setting, and fleet management.
- Dedication to customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 165 pounds.
- Effective communication skills, analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
