Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner according to companie's standards.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and booking arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized working desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Utilize computerized systems for order entry, and other office management tasks
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: Experience with QuickBooks or as a dental receptionist is a plus, but not required.
