Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseas client equipment delivery, commissioning, on-site product troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Daily management coordination with the Overseas Joint Insurance Center (USA).
Feedback customer's and product quality issues, maintaining customer relationships.
Translate and summarize failure issues and review/edit English manuals.
Job Requirements:
Background in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.
Familiarity with skills in such as inverters, servos, motors, PLCs, automation products (elevators, robots, high-voltage air conditioners, etc.).
Willingness to travel over 50%, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
Native English speaker; speakSpanish is a plus, speak Chinese is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in the USA driver industry.
Local American citizenship or USA work permit with working background in US.
