Currently, we're looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team! The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Job Function: Maintain the service technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Scale: Up to $22.00 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the HVAC industry
- 3+ years of HVAC dispatcher experience
- 5+ years of dispatching experience
- Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android and Windows OS
