What you will do:
- You will be based out of our New Iberia service center
- Install, update, and respond to outages for both infrastructure and applications, ensuring smooth operation.
- Provide initial response to technological issues, monitor performance, and manage dashboards for efficient troubleshooting.
- Respond to user requests, research complex problems, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective problem resolution.
- Offer real-time support for ERP systems, identify issues, provide training for knowledge transfer, and prevent recurring problems.
- Coordinate department purchasing, maintain documentation, manage IT asset stock, maintain inventory records, and provide secretarial support.
- Organize meetings, prepare documentation and reports, and ensure smooth operations through effective administrative support.

- Possess a University Degree, Specialized Diploma, Vocational Training, or relevant Certification
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive interactions
- Displays acute attention to detail and excels as a data-driven problem solver, resolving issues efficiently
- Highly organized, capable of meeting deadlines, and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with minimal supervision, exhibit autonomy and take initiative to accomplish tasks effectively
