Position: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Washington, D.C. (Currently this position requires at least two days of onsite work per week)
Education: M.S. or B.S. in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field. At least 6-8 years of experience. Must be PMP/ITIL Certified. Certification in one of more of the following preferred: Certified Scrum Master, CCMI L3 training, CCNA, CCNP, and/or MCP.
Clearance: Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Required.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience of infrastructure engineering management supporting VMware virtualization or similar environments.
- Must be PMP/ITIL Certified
Responsibilities:
- Review policies, processes, runbooks, etc., to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to streamline or implement automation, self-service
- Track metrics and improve efficiencies, including performance and Service Delivery gaps and improvement opportunities
- Identify activities to sustain in support of well-performing metrics
- Define and oversee action plans to remediate gaps and implement improvements, including action plans for Not Met performance metrics
- Manage and monitor project statuses, operational activities, and processes
- Identify customer needs and oversee service offerings to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain good customer relationship with internal/external stakeholders
- Convey accomplishments to the contract team, Government leadership, and DIGITALSPEC headquarters
- Provide ongoing support to team leads to make sure services are being delivered and customer expectations are being met
- Oversee follow-up actions for directly managed teams in response to issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities
- Oversee administrative activities such as timecard review, time off requests, accommodation requests, telework reports, etc. for direct reporting staff.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
