Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage customer communications.
Efficiently schedule, dispatch, and coordinate tasks.
Oversee billing, purchasing, and quoting processes.
Demonstrate mastery in Microsoft Word and Excel and rapidly adapt to software platforms like Sage & Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with Sage & Salesforce is a significant advantage.
An unwavering eye for detail.
A positive and proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Solid team player instincts, coupled with a drive to contribute to the growth of the business and refine internal processes.
A background in customer service, with at least 1 year of experience, is preferred.

Competitive Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience).
