Service Care Professional

Swope Toyota has a rare opening for Service Care Professional. This unique position is responsible for ensuring that every customer coming into Swope Toyota service receives the highest quality of customer Service Care. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display effective communication skills, display a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers, team oriented and self-driven.

Swope Toyota is part of the Swope Family of Dealerships with locations throughout the Hardin County area. Swope has been in the Hardin County area for over 70 years. This Position offers unique pay structure not found in most service industries. Individuals that excel with attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, self-driven, willing to work hard and possesses a warm and inviting personality has the potential to earn $70-$80k per year. (After initial new hire training period.)

Service Care Professionals will need to:

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership’s service manager.
• Responsible for the entire customer service experience.
• Greet every customer at their car with a smile.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicles, recommending any needed maintenance or repair needs.
• Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Accurately document repair and maintenance records
• Resolve customer complaints and questions.

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Analytical thinking and multi-tasking
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Consistent and reliable work attendance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing per Swope Family of Dealerships.
