Compensation is base salary. We also offer Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Benefits Package, Life Insurance & 401K Savings Plan).
The Service Bench Technician will assist with RMA process to receive, diagnose, and repair customer equipment returns. The Technician will also record and maintain RMA case data in Salesforce as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer returns
- Enter bench repair notes in CRM system
- Fulfill advance replacement request
- Read and comprehend instructions to follow established procedures
- Maintain service stock room
- Perform system upgrades or rework as required
- Set up & maintain bench repair testing equipment
- Any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer components troubleshoot and repair is desirable
- Familiarity with Windows & familiarity with Linux Operating System is desirable
- Proficient with MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in computer assembly and setup is desirable
- Experience in soldering is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Great communication, teamwork, and motivational skills
- Good verbal & written communication skills
