Service Assistant/Mechanic Shop Helper

This is an entry level position to help our service manager, shop foreman, & technicians. Looking for someone with a "can do" attitude, and someone who is looking to grow with our business. Will train to learn some mechanical knowledge and use our CRM and other software's.

DUTIES-
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customers concerns
- Help Advisor check in vehicle's & deliver vehicle to customer
- Book appointments for repairs
- Help file & scan invoices
- Help move vehicles to bullpen & storage
- Maintain a clean and organized desk area
- Collect on past due bills & deposits

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
