Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for Service Advisors who enjoy & take great pride performing quality service and who appreciate a cohesive work environment that provides a healthy work / life balance to become a member on our Fixed Operations TEAM as a Service Advisor at our Mitsubishi dealership in Lincoln Ne.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• welcome customers into the service drive to accurately & efficiently assess customer concerns
• (education, certification, and advancement opportunities supported by the dealership)
• perform a visual inspection of the vehicle, conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to identify additional areas of concern
• conduct multi-point video inspections
• establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service technicians to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
• service managers empower advisors to execute their job responsibilities and the parts dept. works to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding
• complete the customer interaction, execute necessary documentation, and
• income security of a busy shop, opportunity to learn, grow, and advance encouraged
• responsibilities of the job align with the income earned
• operate independently as rapidly as possible to service the concern & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors

Employment Package:

• $45,000 up to $100,000 expected annual income (base + commissions & bonuses)
