What will you do?

You will be delivering a customer service experience second to none, assisting the Service Advisor when overseeing all aspects of customer interaction to ensure that we are providing the best level of customer service possible.

Responsibilities include:

· Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner

· Answering phones and directing calls to the correct department

· Entering customer information

· Assisting customers dropping off cars

· Checking in parts and making sure they are correct

· Assisting with parts returns

Requirements:

· Outstanding customer service

· Strong work ethic

· Excellent time management skills

· High level of organization

· Driver’s license and clean driving record

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
