*this position will require travel through out the Metro Denver areas
HOURS/DAYS SCHEDULE: Full Time Non-Exempt 86.67 hours per pay period Monday-Friday
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the YMCA the incumbent is responsible for the oversight of operations, program development, staff supervision, and will create a welcoming environment for all. In addition, the incumbent will work closely with all departments to ensure all certifications and communication is set and clear with staff who work for multiple departments. The incumbent must demonstrate customer service, be forward thinking and innovative, and will exhibit the core values stated below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Will work directly with YMCA centers and/or partners (schools) to provide high quality programming.
- Clear, consistent communication to all families and partners.
- Effectively communicates the Ys impact on community to all stakeholders and community leaders.
- Ensure that curriculum is followed based on YMCA Standards.
- Works closely with nurse consultant to ensure all health plans are being followed. (If applicable for program)
- Will work in partnership with HR to ensure smooth business operations. (Including youth policy in procedures. (Where applicable meeting licensing standards)
- Collaborate across departments to ensure one Y mentality.
- Implement policies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth business operations.
- Consistently seeks ways to improve the overall experience of YMCA programs by implementing programming models and or curriculum.
- Works in partnership with the Solution Center to ensure and program or changes in services in clearly communicated.
- Ensure on-boarding process for all new employees all training is complete prior to first day of work. Review expectations of position with all staff. Training and Coaching of staff.
- Will support and ensure that all staff are following specific district policies and procedures.
- Will ensure that supplies/snacks are ordered and in line with budget guidelines.
- Meet all expectations as set forth in expectations for OST and Camp
- Manage day to day operations of multiple sites to include staffing site coverage. Manage staff scheduling and the requirements in the HRIS system.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred, high school graduate or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience required
- Demonstrated computer knowledge and efficient data entry skills
- Able to analyze and problem solve and work independently
- Ability to address difficult member situations/conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds and at all socioeconomic levels
- Must demonstrate a strong desire to serve others and give back to our community
- A professional, goal driven, self-motivated leader with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required. If not certified must achieve with 30 days of hire.
