Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's service needs
- Review and explain service recommendations to customers, including cost estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs
- Communicate any updates or delays to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Consistently meet and exceed service goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Stay informed about Mercedes Benz products, services, and promotions
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, some college or automotive training preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Knowledge of Mercedes Benz vehicles and products is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
