Summary:
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative position is to maximize Service Department performance. Consistent with this purpose, the Service Admin maintains dealership standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Depending on experience and performance candidates could make between $25-$40/hour!

Responsibilities:
- Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage
- Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order
- Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need
- Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion
- Sends repair order to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday
- Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs
- Notifies customer when repairs are completed
- At pick-up, reviews work performed and multi-point inspection results
- Answer phones, collect customer info and make appointments
- Other duties as assigned
