Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Service Administrator to join our team. The Service Administrator at Frazer reports to the Service Manager, and is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience by being the liaison between the customer and the service shop personnel. This role will collect and communicate all information that moves in both directions between the customer and the service shop. They are responsible for ensuring that all information is entered with a high degree of accuracy while also demonstrating a high degree of productivity.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Service Administrator Look Like?
- Responsible for answering and routing all Service phone calls.
- Responsible for checking dialpad voicemails throughout the day and forward to the appropriate department/employee.
- Responsible for scheduling with customers when requesting service for the shop or Mobile Service.
- Responsible for initially meeting and greeting the customer while following established procedures for checking-in visitors and controlling access via the reception desk (visitor sign-in, issue badges and PPE, etc.).
- Responsible for collecting basic customer information, opening a job, and inputting data that is needed for the job.
- Responsible for ensuring all required data has been entered prior to closing out all service jobs.
- Responsible for following up with customers by phone and email to ensure the customer had a great experience and reporting results to management.
- Responsible for following any and all company and safety policies and guidelines.
- Any other duties assigned by the manager.
Secondary Duties:
- Assist other Service Department roles when needed.
- Assist other departments when needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to use computer software programs such as Google G-Suite (Gmail, Documents, Drive, Spreadsheets, etc.), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and shop floor control systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- 3-5 years of on-the-job experience using computer software programs such as Google G-Suite (Gmail, Documents, Drive, Spreadsheets, etc.), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and shop floor control systems.
- Service or mechanical background experience.

Oh, and $alary
Of course, we didn't forget salary... Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $17.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule
The Service Administrator will work Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Friday 7:00 am - 11:00 am. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
