Service & Equipment Administrator – Motor/MWD
The Service & Equipment Administrator is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and processing Motor, Directional Drilling & MWD records in SAP, FieldCap and the Motor Service App. Transferring assets and components to correct warehouses, and creating service orders as required. This individual will work with Supply Chain to investigate any inventory discrepancies and provide coverage for teammates during absences.
Responsibilities also include:
- Maintain the following in Motor Service App USA – Motor Parts (return to Inventory USA), Rotor & Stator (warehouse moving USA), Motor Pull Sheets, Motor Final Assemblies & MWD Conformances.
- Carefully review, compare & verify that the contents in FieldCap match the outgoing contents in the Motor Service App for all MWD conformances and Motor Services.
- Create work orders for any rework required.
- Verify serial numbers that are outgoing for rework, ensure there are open work orders for all services, confirm job numbers for Purchasing Department and create shipping requisitions when required.
- Assist Supply Chain with investigating discrepancies and other areas as required.
- Receive MWD/Motor returning from rework, update SAP/FieldCap, close completed work orders and transfer tools to operational warehouse.
- Create work orders for MWD Lab as requested.
- Update equipment sent to inspection, machine shop, and third-party vendors, ensuring all parts are returned and updated in SAP.
- Upload MWD documents into Motor Service App as needed.
- Work with Canadian Operations to ensure built assets shipped to USA are entered in SAP and work order is completed in FieldCap.
- Process incoming MWD tools - goods receipt in SAP and/or transfer to correct warehouse, pull and send BHA reports.
- Process scrapped assets and Lost-in-Hole in SAP/FieldCap, create asset disposal report; ensure assets are disposed of correctly in the system.
- Provide coverage for teammates during absences.
- Perform all duties to meet the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks
- Perform duties according to the Company’s quality system procedures and work instructions.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, previous administrative experience with solid computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. They will be analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while effectively maintaining data integrity. They must be able to work weekends and be on-call. Previous oil field experience and mechanical aptitude are assets.

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
