Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages promptly - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Provide excellent guest service to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize basic math skills to handle payments and operate the POS system - Promote menu items and specials to increase sales Skills: - Strong guest relations skills to provide a positive dining experience - Knowledge of the food industry and different types of cuisine - Ability to assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Experience in food service operations and understanding of food safety guidelines - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately - Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials effectively - Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service excellence - Culinary knowledge or interest in learning more about culinary practices
