Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register - Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests - Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or inquiries - Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with restocking supplies as needed Requirements: - Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and change - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
