Server/Waiter

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. As a vital front-of-house staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. From warmly greeting patrons to accurately taking orders and delivering meals with precision and professionalism, you will be responsible for providing attentive service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items as per their preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any additional requests or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system (Toast)
• Uphold all hygiene and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable) and possess any required certifications

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per year
