Responsibilities: - Greet and serve restaurant guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Use Aloha POS system to enter orders and process payments - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food - Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service - Basic math skills for order processing and handling payments - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
