Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for Thai cuisine? We're seeking friendly and dedicated servers to join our team at our new Thai restaurant in Sugar Land!

Position: Server
Location: Sugar Land, TX
Availability: Full-time and Part-time positions available

At Thai Town (Thai Eatery and Bar), we're committed to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a server, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring our customers have a memorable visit.

Since we are a new Thai restaurant, we understand that it may take time for sales to pick up. Rest assured, if a server does not meet $140 per day in tips for a full day's work, we guarantee to top up the difference to ensure they meet this amount. For half-day shifts, we guarantee $60.

Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished
- Handle cash transactions using the cash register
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and side jobs.

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
