```Duties```
- Serve as a hands on supervisor of the lunch shift. Manage issues as they may arrise.
- Monitor service operations and be willing to jump in hands on when necessary.
- Help to train new team members, as needed.
- Hold pre-shift meetings to review service standards, menu items, etc.
- Manage all end of shift paperwork and ensure the day's sales are properly closed.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Use Jonas POS system to process orders accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Bussing tables and clearing empty glasses and dishes as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the food industry is helpful
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
- Familiarity with Jonas POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
