- Assisting customers in determining their food and drink orders.
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner.
- Instructing kitchen staff on customer orders.
- Ensuring all orders are delivered on time and correctly.
- Accepting cash and card payments.
- Handing over a copy of the receipt and returning the change.
- Closing out register for end of day.
- Packing food orders in correct bags.
- Addressing and resolving customer queries on time.
- Keeping the Restaurant Manager informed about any serious issues.
