Server/Busser/Food Runner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team in the restaurant industry. The Food Runner will assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen and ensure excellent customer service by delivering food orders to customers in a timely manner. Duties:
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and plating
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Deliver food orders to customers' tables promptly and courteously
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including bussing tables, sweeping, and mopping as needed
- Handle food items with care and follow proper food handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and fellow staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines and procedures is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
