Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensuring tables are clean and properly set for each guest
- Handling cash transactions and processing payments
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assisting with cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
