Evermore is an upscale wine bar and cafe concept in Evergreen. Desserts, appetizers, and simple foods with a large charcuterie menu. The bar is a full bar with an exceptional wine list. OUR CONCEPT
Desserts, pastries, appetizers, simple food menu and a 40+ item charcuterie menu. Think sushi menu, but with incredible cheeses, meats, jams, spreads, nuts, fruits, breads, crackers.

This simplistic kitchen menu means that team members are not dealing with hot fryer oil, cleaning stinky flat-tops, and disposing of grill ash. This concept is clean and not a smelly, greasy kitchen.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Our menu concept is simplistic, but quality.
- Our clientele is higher-end and not typically price-sensitive.
- Average guest check expectation is $40-60 per person at dinner.
- Our pay rate is beginning at $15 an hour plus tips for all team, and a full time team member can expect to make between 40-50K easily.
- Our front of house staff will be cross trained behind the bar, as a wine specialist, and as a cheese expert! FOH house staff will work as a team throughout the shift. FOH and BOH teams are cross trained to be able to jump in where needed on busy nights.
- We have two shifts. One begins at around 8-9am and ends at 3pm-4pm. The second will begin around 3-4pm and we close at 8-9pm - leaving at typically 9 to 10pm.
- We do everything we can to make the job easy. Great equipment. Upgraded tools. Fancy bar dishwashers. ALL the tools to make your job more efficiently accomplished so you can spend more time doing what you love, and less doing the tedious stuff that comes along with it.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for people who are passionate about food - desserts, pastries, coffee, charcuterie, high-end specialty foods, wine, & cocktails.
We want team members who not only want to find a home with us, but they are looking to grow with us as well! This restaurant brand is new and fresh and ready for you to give it personality.

You ought to desire to fill your mind with cheesy, culinary, and winey intricacies, ready to share that expertise with clients who come our way
You should be classy. Think about that high-end client buying a $200 bottle of wine -and make sure they'd be comfortable ordering it from you.
You don't need to have a college degree - but we do want restaurant experience and someone who is eager to learn what we do.
You need to be legally able to work, and be able to handle physical labor.
We want someone bright, with knowledge about what we do, and an awesome and curiosity-filled personality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- pass our internal training tests. These are serious, and will be intense. You will receive training and coaching before the tests.
- be on time to work (because it's respectful to the brand and your colleagues).
- be passionate about food and wine and cocktails... You have to love what you do.
- be nice & passionate & respectful of teammates & clients.
- be clean. Our restaurant is brand new - let's keep it pretty.
- be comfortable making drinks, describing cheese, and managing a group of clients in for a larger party. This role is dynamic and fun, but the applicant should be able to switch hats as needed in our environment.
