Event Server/Bartender And Winery Restaurant Servers

We are seeking to hire a variety of positions that make up our Balistreri Team

• Event Server (4pm- 12am)
• Event Bartender (4pm- 12am)
• Daytime restaurant winery servers (10 am- 5:30 pm)

Seeking friendly, hard-working, organized individuals who are interested in a fast-paced work environment prioritizing customer experience. Must be 18 years or older.

Balistreri Vineyards is a family owned and operated natural winery located 10 minutes north of Downtown Denver. We are committed to natural winemaking & we make all our wine on-site. Our tasting room is open seven days a week from 11:00am to 5:00pm for wine tastings, winery tours, & lunch from our in-house full-service kitchen. The event space that hosts a variety of corporate and private events, including weddings that take place from 6pm-11pm.

· Must be customer service oriented with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and social skills. Serving experience is preferred.

· Applicants need to be detailed oriented, prompt, reliable and professional.

· Weekend availability is a must.

· Employees will spend most of their shift on their feet and must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

Daytime Restaurant ServerResponsibilities: (10 am-5pm)

· Ability manage multiple tables at a time while providing a high standard of service

· Be knowledgeable & passionate about our wine

· Use Brigade POS for entering orders/processing customer tickets

· Help guests navigate the lunch menu and highlight wine pairing options

Event Positions Information: (4pm-12 am)

The schedule of this job is dependent on our event schedule and we average 3 -5 events per week depending on the month of the year. Nearly all our events will be in the evening. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time evening work, there are consistent daytime hours available for event set up.

Example Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly and ready to read the BEO and know how to complete the set-up. Serve plated dinners when events call for such service. Also be ready to pass appetizers at most events.
• Clear tables to dishwashing area as guests eat and throughout the evening to keep the room looking nice
• Sets up and maintains clean bar with prompt energetic service
• Breakdown event by cleaning up bar, tables & chairs, trash and other event equipment.
• Set tables and chairs in the room according to specifications given.
