Welcome to Soli’s, where we believe in the perfect blend of “wine + beer + eats.” We are getting ready to open and are on the lookout for passionate and skilled Servers/Bartenders. Come join our dynamic team and be a part of something new and exciting hitting the streets of Downtown Lincoln, CA! Our new restaurant combines a curated selection of wine, beer, champagne and a menu crafted to tantalize taste buds.

+ Job Title and Overview

As a Server/Bartender at Soli’s, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, knowledge of food/beverages, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

+ Essential Job Functions

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate and timely service.
Skillfully mix, serve and pour a variety of beverages including wine, beer, champagne, wine-infused cocktails and non-alcoholic beverage options.
Knowledgeably describe menu items, offer pairings, and answer any guest inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized Bar and Dining area, following all hygiene and safety standards.
Collaborate with management, serving and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.

+ Education and Experience

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Server/Bartender in a reputable restaurant or bar is preferred. Soli’s onsite training will be provided.
Extensive knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work e ciently in a fast-paced environment.
ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or equivalent ANSI approved program) is a plus!

+ Schedule

Hours of Operation:

Mon + Tues: CLOSED

Wednesday: 3PM-9PM
Thursday: 3PM-9PM
Friday: 3PM-10PM

Saturday: 12PM-10PM
Sunday: 12PM-8PM

***Soli’s is open for a total of 37 Hours/Week. While full availability is not required, ample availability is preferred.
