Bartender
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Create and recommend signature cocktails or drink specials
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Skills:
- Experience in the food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and making change
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcohol
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for accurately preparing drinks and garnishing
- Ability to handle difficult situations with customers professionally
