- Greet customers and take their beverage and food orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
- Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements
- Upsell drink and food items to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized dine in area
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques
- Familiarity with cash register operation and cash handling procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in a bar setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Retail math knowledge for inventory management and pricing calculations
