Staff work directly with customers by preparing and serving drink and/or food orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They also handle food orders directly from customers and inform customers of any specials. They ensure food and beverage compliance, restock bar inventory and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Must be able to work quickly, in fast-paced environment
- Greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food.
- Upsell items, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
- Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Promote special events and Wine Cellar 510 wine clubs.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
