Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly, engage them in conversation, and create a friendly and inviting atmosphere to enhance their dining experience.
- Master the menu offerings, including the fusion of French and Italian cuisine and the Bistronomy concept, and confidently describe dishes and recommend pairings to guests.
- Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of food and beverages to guest tables, paying close attention to presentation and quality.
- Continuously monitor guest needs, promptly address any concerns or requests, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service, maintain open communication, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of fine dining serving expereince.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Strong understanding of culinary offerings, including wine and beverage knowledge, to guide and enhance the guest's dining journey.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, provide recommendations, and address inquiries or issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing restaurant environment and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
