Server/ Runner

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING: looking for a crossed trained server/runner to be on call or cover Shifts throught the week, with the possibility of obtaining shifts.

Job Overview:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and professionalism
- Process payments using POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and serving
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
