Le Suprême, will offer all-day French fare in the brasserie’s elegant dining room, alfresco, in the restaurant’s bar or within its 12-seat private dining room. Enter off Washington Boulevard or through The Rotunda to indulge in a menu comprised of Parisian specialties as well as fresh pastries, breads and desserts from the adjoining patisserie and boulangerie. Bar Rotunda, will serve as an all-day cafe and wine bar, with coffees, pastries, small plates, wine and cocktails offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Canopied by The Rotunda, Book Tower’s marble arched atrium and 100-year-old Kamper-glass skylight, the design and service are inspired by the grand cafés and venerable hotel bars of early twentieth-century Paris.
The server is the telecommunication line in the restaurant; their communication style needs to be concise, clear, and courteous. Servers need to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the restaurant and city: food, beverage, service standards, local attractions, entertainment, etc. If they don’t know an appropriate response, they will seek it. Servers at Le Suprême will be guidebooks not only for the restaurant but for the city. They will be snappy with their knowledge, quick on their feet, and calm of mind and body. They will constantly strive to expand their knowledge and willingly share with other staff members to ensure the strongest team possible.

Server Job Responsibilities:
- Greet tables with enthusiasm and a genuine smile welcoming their presence
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols
- Ring in orders timely and correctly
- Offer suggestions for beverage and food, don’t “upsell” but be genuinely invested in their experience
- Check in after courses are dropped within an appropriate timeframe to ensure their satisfaction
- If a guest has a qualm, bring it to the attention of a manager immediately and evaluate how to proceed from there
- Assist bartenders in proper rotation and polishing of glassware, silverware, and other service items
- If you take the last of anything, inform a manager if it needs to be ordered, or replenish it if it is within the restaurant
- Follow proper “manners” protocol when interacting with any guest
- Strong, upbeat and positive personality
