Server and Host

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

```Skills```

- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell menu items
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.49 - $22.26 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
