How you will enjoy your day:
Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a welcoming, professional and expedient manner.
Work Performed:
- Arrive at scheduled start and ready for work.
- Uniform must be neat and pressed. Company grooming standards followed at all times.
- Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job including all side-work.
- Complete knowledge of all menus and wine lists.
- Assist Guests with menu selections, accurately record order, paying special attention to any special requests, and enter order into POS.
- Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion.
- Explain all special orders and requests to kitchen culinary team.
- Use proper serving techniques at all times (i.e. serve from the left, etc.)
- Report any Guest dissatisfaction, mishandled order and opportunities to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain par levels of selected goods as assigned.
- Participate in wine sales programs.
- Recognize Guests by name and use name at 3 times within an interaction. Record preferences for future use.
- Thank guests for dining with us.
- Assist Juice Bar attendant when available.
- Keep work station clean at all times following proper food safe standards.
- Read all memos.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards Guests and co-workers.
- Operate POS in a proficient manner.
- Report to Restaurant Manager or Supervisor before ending work shift.
- Act as an ambassador of Enchantment and Mii amo by speaking positively of the property at all times.
- Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed our Guest’s expectations.
- Knowledge of Resort layout, amenities, hours of operations, special attractions and occasions.
- Work efficiently and as a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Location: Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa, Sedona, Arizona
Pay: $11.35 / hour + incentives and gratuity
