Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled Server to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our guests here at 12 West Brewing - Downtown Mesa.

We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Server responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill.

You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen and Bar Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Keep in mind that Server duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, it is the duty of our Servers to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Server responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer services
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
Greet customers and present menus
Make suggestions based on their preferences
Take and serve food/drinks orders
Up-sell when appropriate
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Check products for quality
Deliver checks and collect payments
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Requirements:

1 - years of experience as a server or server
Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
1 - years of experience with a cash register and any ordering information system
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Active listening
Good physical condition
Customer-centric
Reliable transportation

High school diploma
A Maricopa county Food Handlers Card is a must
Certified Beer Server Certification greatly appreciated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
