We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our members/guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with food service procedures, including food preparation, handling, and safety guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing

Pay: From $11.35 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
