MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN/ASSISTANT

FSCX, Inc., is seeking qualified individuals to serve as the U.S. Army Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Mental Health Technician/Assistant. Position is located at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

**Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award**

Responsibilities

Mental Health Technician/Assistant, under the operational supervision of a licensed SERE Psychologist, will provide psychological monitoring of all pre- and post-academic laboratory exercises to ensure students are within acceptable levels of stress inoculation and other various tasks associated with Human Factors Risk Management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Superior communication and mentorship skills

Qualifications

Required:

• BA degree in psychology or a related field, or commensurate level of training (e.g., military Mental Health technician, psychiatric technician, or Mental Health program assistant)
• 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting or capacity
• US Citizen
• SECRET clearance
• Full spectrum SERE-C graduate, to include Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PGD) and Hostage Detention (HD) training, or ability to attend and complete the course.
• Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening
• Present a professional and credible image at all times
