What You’ll Do:

POSITION SUMMARY – SEO Specialist

DRIVE Law Firm Marketing is looking to hire an ambitious Jr. SEO Specialist to be part of our fast-paced and growing team! This role will work with our internal Client Strategists and external content writers to create SEO strategies that align with our clients’ objectives. The SEO Specialist will play an active role within our SEO team to execute these strategies, including identifying and resolving issues on client accounts.

What You’ll Do: Develop Client SEO strategies to achieve business goals through:

1. SEO Analysis

• Identifying and prioritizing keyword opportunities like Top-Level and Long-Tail Keywords
• Technical analysis of websites: page speed, backlinks, content depth, etc.
• Auditing On-Page SEO and Local SEO, including GMB

2. Content Strategy

• Develop a content strategy under the guidance of the SEO Manager
• Manage vendors and schedule content
• Review, edit and optimize content according to SEO best practices
• Posting to clients’ sites in WordPress

3. Optimization for WordPress websites

• Cross-Linking Content
• Image Optimization
• Metadata
• Structured Data
• Local SEO optimization
• Offsite SEO, including acquiring backlinks

4. Monitoring performance of work and optimizing the strategy

5. monthly via written reports to our internal Client Strategists and Clients

Outcomes We Want You to Achieve:

• Deliver Tangible Results in the form of leads that convert to customers for our clients
• Build trust with clients by proactively communicating strategy and results while clearly managing expectations.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years experience in SEO at an agency or company level is preferred
• Strong understanding of widely used SEO Tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Experience identifying and successfully solving SEO issues
• Ability to break down SEO terms & strategies into easy-to-understand language for our clients.

SOFT SKILLS

• You're naturally gifted and on-fire for SEO work and you won't be happy in any other role.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate client strategy with .
• Decisiveness & a data-focused approach to SEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
