Job Summary:
The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Product Support (PS) Sentinel program team seeks an energetic, highly motivated, Program Manager (PM) with strong communication skills to provide flawless support of Sentinel programs including both domestic and international contracts.
This Program Manager position includes Profit and Loss responsibility and will directly interface with customers, suppliers and will play a key role on the Sentinel Radar leadership team. This Program Manager position will be responsible for successful program execution (cost, schedule, and technical performance) and capture of new business while adhering to RTX policies and procedures.
The selected individual will be responsible for customer interface (both internal and external) and customer relationship building including shaping new opportunities. The role will interface with a diverse functional organization team across multiple Raytheon sites.
This Program Manager position requires regular interface with upper management and all functional areas including but not limited to Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain and EX/IM.
Please note this position is a HYBRID role that will require the selected individual to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
Relocation is not offered at this time.

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Review, prepare and report Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
- Review, prepare and report monthly and quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Lead a team of direct and or matrixed employees supporting Sentinel Radar Programs
- Identify and report Program risks and opportunities
- Identify and report Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP) and associated sales, risk and opportunity (SRO) against AOP/LRP
- Lead programs through Gate 3 - Gate 11
- Successfully execute contracted programs
- Coordinate across other programs to cultivate alternative solutions and opportunities
- Program Manager of Sentinel program
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-25%
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Program Management Experience
- Experience Leading Teams
- Earned Value Certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with discrete, LOE, and Lean Agile scope
- Knowledge of program management processes for execution of programs and proposals
- Knowledge/experience with master schedules, cost control systems, work breakdown structures, and development of other contract deliverables (CDRLs)
- Experience with radars (e.g. Sentinel, Patriot, KuRFS) and/or SMGBAD system (e.g. NASAMS)
- Raytheon Program Manager 6 Certification or higher or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Experience in managing the execution of programs involving lifecycle support services or sustainment requirements/programs
- Experience in capturing new business / growth opportunities
- Ability to develop innovative solutions for programs and/or technical requirements for growth opportunity
- Solid interpersonal and customer relationship skills and demonstrated experience in building relationships
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to effect change management including experience presenting to senior leadership and customers
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with time critical requirements
