Senior UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer at Hanover Research will be a key player in the development and enhancement of our internal and client-facing digital products. This individual will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the highest levels of UI/UX for our clients. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive designs that enhance user experience and satisfaction and help expand Hanover's growing portfolio of digital information products.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs for our digital products.
- Develop UI/UX design elements to optimize user experience and satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the design of our digital products.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies, and ability to advise based on best practices.
- Ability to adapt best practice approaches to the requirements of a particular product or application.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and feedback to create effective designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively, often providing in the moment ideas and support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creating user-friendly, high-value digital products.
Education RequirementA Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, though candidates who hold other degrees will be considered. Experience RequirementMinimum of 5 years of full-time work experience in digital design, preferably in a B2B setting. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or other similar tools. Knowledge of the market research industry preferred.

Compensation
Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable and fair. The compensation range for this role at the company is $90,000 - $125,000. Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range is determined by the role and the market.
